  • Represent clients in employment-related disputes, including litigation and arbitration
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent employment-related disputes
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their employment law needs and provide tailored solutions

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Employment Law
  • Strong understanding of employment law, including wage and hour, discrimination, and wrongful termination
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Admitted in VA, with ability to waive in to MD and DC a plus
