Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Daily Operations: Oversee the daily activities of the value stream, ensuring that standardized work processes are followed, and continuous improvement initiatives are implemented.
  • Design and Direct Processes: Develop and implement processes to drive quality improvements, reduce lead times, and increase productivity.
  • Coach and Develop Team Members: Select, coach, and develop a high-performing team, setting objectives that align with company strategy and inspiring a positive, can-do team atmosphere.
  • Implement Lean Principles: Utilize the PDCA process and MDI methodology to deliver metric results in people, safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
  • Develop and Execute Improvement Plans: Create and implement short- and long-range continuous improvement plans to drive improvements in key metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ Years of Experience: In operations or lean management, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and optimizing manufacturing systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Lean Certifications: Lean, Operations, or Supply Chain certifications.
  • Experience with SAP: Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience in leadership with a diverse team, driving results and improving processes.
