Construction Project Inspector

The Construction Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects meet the required standards and specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and processes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Construction Inspector on a multidisciplinary project and possess excellent problem-solving and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with construction drawings and specifications
- Identify and document discrepancies or conflicts within construction documents
- Collaborate with project managers and senior field representatives to resolve issues
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of construction materials, methods, and processes
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, College Degree, or Equivalent experience
- 5+ years of overall experience as a Construction Inspector
- 3+ years of progressive experience, including at least 1 year of relevant experience as a Construction Inspector on a multidisciplinary project
- Proficient with MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
- Certifications: ATTI, ACI, ATSSA
