Key Responsibilities:

As a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Manager, you will engage in a variety of preventive maintenance tasks to ensure our property remains in excellent condition for guests.

  • Conduct preventive maintenance tasks in guest rooms, including painting, battery replacements, smoke detector inspections, and HVAC cleaning.
  • Quickly address and resolve guest issues and concerns.
  • Provide courteous assistance to all guests to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Oversee the maintenance of the pool, spa, and common areas in compliance with local regulations and brand standards.
  • Maintain the property’s grounds, landscaping, outbuildings, and parking areas in a clean and safe condition.
  • Perform general repairs throughout the property.
  • Complete maintenance projects efficiently and on schedule.
  • Regularly monitor maintenance requests to ensure timely completion.
  • Execute building and equipment maintenance tasks as directed by the Chief Engineer or General Manager.
  • Keep the team and Chief Engineer informed of any issues for prompt resolution.
  • Assist the Chief Engineer in leading the maintenance team, including task assignments and scheduling.
Qualifications for Success:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in hotel maintenance
  • CPO certification required
  • Experience with HVAC systems
  • Flexible availability
