About the Role:
The YMCA of Greater Boston is seeking an experienced Wellness Program Manager to lead our fitness initiatives and develop engaging programs for members. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality fitness experiences that promote healthy living and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement innovative fitness programs that cater to diverse interests and skill levels.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new program participants.
  • Collaborate with other staff to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.


Requirements:
  • Four-year degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred.
  • Nationally accredited certification (e.g. NSCA, ACSM, NASM) required.
  • Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification required.
  • Proven track record of developing successful fitness programs and teams.
