At Glades Talent, we are committed to providing exceptional services to our customers. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our health insurance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Members: Provide assistance with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Communicate Effectively: Clearly explain health insurance plans, coverage, and benefits to members.
- Document Interactions: Accurately document member interactions in our system.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or a call center environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year, plus performance bonuses.
