Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of technically skilled engineers covering RHDH Plugins and AI solutions.
  • Own the development and delivery of RHDH Plugins and AI solutions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and peers to achieve various deliverables.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Continuously promote and guide the professional and personal development of your team.
  • Design/Implement team-related strategic improvements.
  • Maintain a high level of employee engagement within your team.
  • Enable the team to work in an Agile setup.

Requirements:
  • Previous hands-on coding experience as Senior Software Engineer or above.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Proven ability to learn and apply new skills and processes rapidly and coach others.
  • Ability to work Hybrid from Boston MA, Raleigh NC, or Lowell MA.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with solid customer focus.
  • Ability to identify and grow potential in team members.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, prioritize, and work well under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with AI space is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $144,660 - $238,650 annually. Additionally, you may be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity.
