At Camelback Lodge, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Stewarding Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of both the kitchen and dining areas.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the stewarding team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure the proper handling of kitchen equipment and tableware.
• Uphold high standards for the use of cleaning chemicals and dish areas.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and dining staff to ensure seamless service.
