Route Driver Non CDL

Deliver exceptional service and products to our customers in a timely and professional manner, upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.
Job Summary:
Safely operate company trucks to transport clean products to customers and collect soiled products, adhering to established route schedules and ensuring excellent communication and customer service skills.
Essential Functions:
1. Maintain punctuality and excellent attendance.
2. Meet established route schedules and deadlines.
3. Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service.
4. Represent the company professionally in appearance, conduct, and performance while at customer locations.
5. Safely operate company vehicles, including pre and post route inspections, and follow standard vehicle operating procedures.
6. Possess and maintain a positive attitude, adhering to company policies and procedures.
7. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area, in line with company policies.
8. Be available to work past scheduled hours, as production/delivery issues may arise.
Additional Responsibilities:
1. Cross-train on other routes as department needs dictate.
2. Perform equipment moves to service providers for repairs and service as needed.
Job Qualifications and Physical Requirements:
1. Ability to sit in a vehicle for several hours per day.
2. Ability to push/pull soil/clean carts weighing up to 800 lbs. (on wheels).
3. Consistently meet physical requirements, including bending, twisting, lifting, and pulling.
4. Valid Class D driver's license and clean driving record, per company policy.
5. Six months to one-year experience in a similar role.
6. Ability to speak and read the English language.
7. Ability to lift 25 pounds overhead.
8. Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs up to 10 hours per day.
9. Ability to use repetitive arm motions.
