Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Non CDL Driver to join our team at B&L Wholesale Supply in Rochester, NY. As a vital member of our distribution team, you will be responsible for delivering shingles to our customers while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site inspections to unload products safely and efficiently.
  • Complete and return paperwork, participate in training, and team meetings.
  • Load and unload bundles of shingles that weigh from 80lbs to 100lbs each, on a continuous basis.
  • Meet the requirements for a non-CDL Driver's License, be 18 years of age or older, and have a clean driving record.
  • Be reliable, safe, and a team player, with a strong commitment to our "Make Money and Have Fun" culture.

Requirements
  • Non-CDL Driver's License.
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Driving record with no more than 2 moving violations or accidents within the last 3 years, and no license suspensions within the last 5 years.
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and meet acceptable standards of a criminal background check.
