Job Title: Head of School

Guidepost Montessori is seeking a visionary leader to serve as the Head of School for our growing network of Montessori schools. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to our campus teams, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional educational program, and driving enrollment growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for the campus, aligning with the organization's mission and goals.
  • Build a strong culture that embodies the values and principles of our organization.
  • Lead the campus team in achieving enrollment targets and ensuring the overall profitability of the campus.
  • Hire, support, and develop teaching staff to ensure the highest quality educational experience for our students.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Head of School to drive enrollment growth and ensure the effective management of campus operations.

Requirements:
  • Director qualifications or a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.
  • Early childhood education leadership experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a focus on results.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, parents, and students.
