Job Summary

As a Resident Assistant in our Assisted Living community, you will provide personalized care and support to our residents, helping them maintain their independence and dignity. Your role will involve assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing medication administration and other healthcare services as needed.

You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. Your attention to detail, compassion, and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in building strong relationships with our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide medication administration and other healthcare services as needed
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in healthcare or a related field preferred
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and push/pull 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
