What You Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have the ability to provide patient-centered care. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and current registration as a professional nurse are required. Experience in mental health nursing and leadership roles are preferred.
