Position Summary:
Elite Home Care Day Centers & Transportation is in search of a dedicated Non-Medical Transportation Driver to provide exceptional transport services for our clients. This role is essential in ensuring that clients receive safe and dependable transportation while enjoying a friendly and customer-focused experience.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation package includes a competitive hourly wage based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive employee benefits program that includes personal leave, health insurance, a 401K retirement savings plan, and life insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate vehicles in a safe manner
- Assist clients with boarding and disembarking
- Perform minor vehicle maintenance as needed
- Ensure a secure and pleasant journey for clients
- Stay informed about routes and transportation options
- Keep accurate records of client activities
- Comply with all safety and legal standards
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass driver and background checks
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Capability to read and understand maps and transportation resources
- Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and defensive driving techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
