- Organizing and labeling parts in storage areas according to established systems.
- Discussing the features and uses of various parts, leveraging knowledge of machinery and equipment.
- Demonstrating equipment to customers and explaining operational functionalities.
- Arranging new merchandise displays to enhance visibility.
- Collaborating with customers, vendors, and dealership staff to optimize departmental efficiency.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the parts room and office environment.
- Exhibiting a friendly and courteous demeanor in all interactions.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned.
- Experience with motorcycle parts is preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction.
- Proficiency in basic mathematics and writing.
- A proven track record in customer service or a strong desire to excel in this area.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive setting while enjoying the work.
- Willingness to undergo drug testing, background checks, and pre-employment assessments.
- A genuine passion for and knowledge of motorcycles is highly valued.
