As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our interior design and project management efforts, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage interior design and project management teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement design concepts and strategies that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to ensure that our team is equipped to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in interior design and project management, preferably in a commercial setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and partners.
  • Proficient in Revit and Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in project management software and tools.
  • NCIDQ certification or in pursuit is a plus, but not required.
