Interior Designer Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic Interior Designer with a talent for turning concepts into reality and exceling in a fast-paced, collaborative, yet independent environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design process from conception to completion, creating design concepts, collaborating with clients and team members, supervising junior designers, managing budgets, and ensuring project timelines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and execution of residential and commercial projects, ensuring excellence in every detail.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships, understanding and translating their vision into beautiful, functional spaces.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to team members, fostering teamwork and meeting project timelines.
  • Proactively network and seek out new opportunities to expand our project portfolio, demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with industry leaders, staying ahead of trends and forging collaborations that elevate our brand.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Excellent design skills with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Studio Designer.
  • Experience in project management and team leadership.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with clients and team members.
  • NCIDQ or other relevant certifications are a plus.
