Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 2-4 years of experience in risk management, financial analysis, or a comparable field.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in risk assessment tools and financial modeling.
- Understanding of risk management principles, frameworks, and regulatory guidelines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex risk information clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with risk management software.
- Professional certifications (e.g., FRM, PRM) are advantageous.
