Key Responsibilities:- Perform various handyman services and jobs, requiring a variety of carpentry skills.
- Work independently within a structured environment, with the ability to lift and kneel.
- Utilize your own basic set of carpentry tools and a valid driver's license.
- Be willing to work in both Northern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire.
- A competitive starting base wage ranging from $32.00/hour (based on experience).
- Full-time, steady work with opportunities for advancement.
- Company profit-sharing and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match.
- Potential for project-based bonuses and a fun, rewarding workplace experience.
- 5-10 years of related experience and excellent communication skills.
