Job Summary:

We're seeking a Greeter / To-Go Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for our guests, whether they're dining in or taking their food to go. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills will set the tone for their visit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to each guest, including opening the door and answering the phone with a smile.
  • Manage the flow of the restaurant, ensuring that guests are seated and served in a timely manner.
  • Handle take-out and call-in orders, ringing up sales and packaging food in a clean and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that our To-Go experience is exceptional, delivering food to guests in our restaurant parking lot as needed.
  • Seat guests in a comfortable and clean environment, following our floor chart and wait management system.
  • Communicate with guests to ensure their needs are met, and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Balance cash drawers and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures throughout your shift.
Requirements:
  • Ability to write and read the English language.
  • Good communication skills, friendly, and people-oriented.
  • Enthusiastic, dependable, courteous, and able to multitask.
  • Possesses basic math skills.
  • Able to operate a POS system for transactions.
Working Conditions:
  • Stands 100% of the shift.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and wiping.
  • Able to deliver food, beverages, and clear tables, which may require lifting up to 50lbs.
