Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse RN PRN Position

Henrico Doctors' Hospital Forest is seeking a skilled Maternal Care Specialist to join our Labor and Delivery team. As a Maternal Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients throughout their pregnancy journey.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform maternal assessments and provide appropriate interventions for patients with varying needs
- Utilize evidence-based practices to manage OB pain and provide anesthesia/analgesia as needed
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination
- Support lactation services and provide education to patients and families
- Participate in labor and delivery surgical procedures as needed
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Current Registered Nurse license in Virginia or a compact license
- Current BLS certification
- At least two years of Labor and Delivery RN experience
