Role Responsibilities: The Premium Hospitality Specialist will play a vital role in our hospitality operations, supporting sales and marketing efforts to enhance product visibility and drive revenue through diverse platforms such as social media and websites. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the execution of new projects, events, and partnerships that foster community engagement.
- Supporting Sales Managers and the Director of Premium Services with special projects and administrative tasks.
- Performing daily administrative duties, including mail distribution and responding to inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Creating Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and distributing weekly reports to the team.
- Managing social media channels by curating engaging content and monitoring trends.
- Conducting market research to analyze industry trends and customer behavior.
- Coordinating catering and premium hospitality events, working closely with clients and team members to ensure successful execution.
- Participating in BEO meetings and liaising with Operations and Culinary teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Maintaining adherence to company policies and providing necessary documentation.
Reporting Structure: Reports to the Premium Services Manager.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least two years of experience in marketing and catering operations.
- Background in hospitality and food service.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), CANVA, and CMS systems is advantageous.
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Associate's degree in Marketing or a related field.
Job Summary: The role involves supervising Catering Department staff, preparing and serving food at events under the guidance of the Catering Director, and ensuring high standards of service and sanitation.
Essential Duties:
- Overseeing employees in the Catering Department and assisting in performance evaluations.
- Assessing workload requirements based on catering orders.
- Meeting with event leaders to discuss arrangements and address any last-minute changes.
- Delivering food and supplies to scheduled events and ensuring proper presentation and temperature control.
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of work areas and equipment.
- Interacting with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly manner.
- Adhering to safety and sanitation principles in food handling.
Additional Requirements:
- A valid driver's license may be necessary. Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol server's permit as required by law.
