Key Responsibilities:
- Assume responsibility for coordinating activities related to overall hospital operations and throughput.
- Serve as a liaison to all hospital departments and staff to ensure quality service to all customers.
- Ensure the efficient and seamless operation of hospital units and services.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to achieve strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- BSN; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- BSN's from CCNE accredited schools
- 2 Years - Leadership Experience
- 3-5 Years - Clinical Experience - should include Critical Care or Emergency Care
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:
- Maryland Registered Nurse License
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR Certification
- ACLS Certification
- CE as assigned
- Trauma ITR within 1 year of hire
