Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospital Operations Coordinator to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities related to overall hospital operations and throughput.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assume responsibility for coordinating activities related to overall hospital operations and throughput.
  • Serve as a liaison to all hospital departments and staff to ensure quality service to all customers.
  • Ensure the efficient and seamless operation of hospital units and services.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance patient care and hospital operations.
  • Collaborate with hospital leadership to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve hospital goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from a CCNE-accredited school.
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
  • 3-5 years of clinical experience in critical care or emergency care.
  • Current Maryland Registered Nurse License.
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR Certification.
  • ACLS Certification.
  • CE as assigned.
  • Trauma ITR within 1 year of hire.
