Job Description: The Resource Float Registered Nurse plays a critical role in ensuring seamless patient transitions, optimizing outcomes, and promoting a positive patient experience. This professional will work closely with the healthcare team to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and maintain accurate records. Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program.
  • Minimum of six (6) months of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse.
  • Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
  • American Heart Association BLS Certification.
