Your Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting team leaders and managers with supervision of shift operations and productivity
  • Maintaining accurate and complete patient data for referral review, registration, scheduling, and support of outpatient areas
  • Securing and obtaining accurate and complete patient data for referral review, registration, scheduling, and support of the outpatient areas of Rehabilitation
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality of patient records
  • Providing excellent customer service and adhering to the standards and behaviors of Disability Solutions


You will be working in a fast-paced environment, providing support to our clinical teams and contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care and support. This role requires a strong background in general office clerical work, with a minimum of one year of experience in a hospital/physician-based practice.
