Job Description

This Resident Assistant position is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our residents. You will be responsible for providing personalized support and supervision, as well as participating in various aspects of our care program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, promoting independence and dignity
  • Develop strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors
