About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our clients by analyzing system requirements, diagnosing errors, and providing timely solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver service and client support during field visits and calls by analyzing system requirements, diagnosing errors, and providing timely solutions.
  • Install new machinery and start-ups on site.
  • Conserves customer confidence by keeping service details private.
  • Create daily work schedules and travel plans.
  • Builds rapport with clients by recommending system improvements and identifying solutions.
  • Records installation and service tasks by fulfilling reports, forms, records, and logs.
  • Downtime includes working in the Assembly Department constructing new machines as necessary.
  • Create positive relationships with clients.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED is required.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in service.
  • Experience with electronics and machinery mechanics is required.
  • Knowledge of PLCs.
  • Must be able to problem-solve, repair, and test.
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts adapting to varying work schedules.
  • Must be able to work with little to no supervision.
