Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Refinery Operations Manager to join our team at KBR. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth transition of our refinery operations from construction to production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and audit the EPC contractor's turnover management system to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Develop and implement processes to accommodate evolving client procedure requirements.
  • Coordinate and facilitate system handovers, plant walkdown activities, and pre-commissioning/commissioning activities.
  • Review and audit EPC contractor methods to manage commissioning test procedures, piping test packs, and inspection test reports.
  • Ensure the completion of turnover certificates and dossiers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years of related experience with an average of 15+ years.
  • Experience setting up a turnover/completions management database system.
  • Experience implementing work processes and supporting sub-system and system turnover.
  • Experience managing and operating a turnover/completions management database system.
  • Proven ability to work in the field to validate completion dossiers, inspection test reports, and completions certificates.
  • Strong writing skills and ability to develop technical procedures and training materials.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications, Microsoft Projects, Visio, Power Point, Revu Bluebeam, and Adobe Applications.
