Our diverse offerings include preschool, after school, and summer programs, ensuring that every child has access to quality education within a secure and stimulating atmosphere.
Role Summary:
We are on the lookout for Enrichment Instructors to become part of our team at Hawthorne Elementary School. This position is focused on fostering a supportive and educational setting for school-aged children, guaranteeing that the curriculum is suitable for their age and encompasses all essential academic and developmental domains.

Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience working with school-aged children
- Must be a minimum of 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication skills with children and parents
- Effective problem-solving and time management abilities
- Capability to thrive in a dynamic environment
Requirements:
- Completion of various trainings and certifications, including criminal background checks and First Aid/CPR
Additional Training:
- Must complete the STARS School Age-Basics 30-hour Child Care course within one month of employment
