Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Provide skilled physical therapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and education to promote optimal health and function
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
  • Document client progress and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams

Requirements:
  • A current Physical Therapist license in HI state
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
