Responsibilities- Conduct home visits to assess clients' needs and develop individualized care plans
- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to evaluate clients' mobility, strength, and balance
- Develop and implement manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions to promote clients' health and independence
- Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities to promote healthy living
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations to ensure high-quality care
- Current Physical Therapist license in HI state
- Minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
- Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
- Competitive pay rates with a weekly pay schedule
