Continuous Improvement Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team at Lear Corporation. As a key member of our Plant Leadership Team, you will be responsible for driving process excellence and operational efficiency across our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and safety
- Mentor and coach team members to apply lean and six sigma principles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process gaps
- Lead process improvement projects to achieve significant cost savings and efficiency gains
- Develop and maintain process documentation and metrics to track progress
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, operations management)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in process improvement, lean, or six sigma
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
