Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage housekeeping staff and operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public spaces to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to improve guest satisfaction and employee engagement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and control housekeeping budgets to ensure financial targets are met
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
  • 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field; no experience required
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
