Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Supervisor to join our team at Novant Health. As a key member of our On-Site Wellbeing (OSW) clinical operations team, you will provide leadership support and participate in strategic planning and continuous process improvement efforts to ensure the highest level of clinical standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and develop educational materials to support Novant Health's corporate/employer community
  • Facilitate and coordinate daily clinical operations, including mentoring, precepting, and resource allocation
  • Provide consistent feedback, coaching, counseling, and performance reviews for team members
  • Fill team member roles/shifts at onsite events, virtual services, and wellness centers as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum two years clinical experience in respective field, with two years experience in leading clinical and non-clinical teams preferred
  • Current RN licensure or NP/PA licensure in appropriate state required; BLS certification required
Additional Skills
  • Ability to work independently and self-manage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to evaluate statistical information and make sound judgments
  • Knowledge of reading, understanding, and evaluating participant's labs, charts, medical history, and medication records
