Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of our transportation services, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring the movement of vehicles and personnel.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure that all vehicles are in good working condition.
  • Supervise and train transportation staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of transportation services.
  • Monitor and analyze transportation data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize efficiency and safety.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in transportation management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of ensuring safety and compliance in a transportation environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Working Conditions

This position requires frequent travel to various locations within our facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare settings. The incumbent will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift, push, and pull heavy objects as needed.
