Position Summary

The Retail Sales Associate plays a crucial role in building relationships with customers and conveying Vuori's brand ethos through comprehensive product knowledge and a cheerful demeanor.

Key Responsibilities

Create Memorable Customer Experiences

  • Establish enduring connections with customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure exceptional service for every customer.
  • Welcome customers warmly and authentically.
  • Prepare fitting rooms, assist in locating sizes, and provide honest, knowledgeable feedback on merchandise style and fit.

Drive Business Success

  • Meet sales targets in a collaborative commission-based environment.
  • Enhance product knowledge in the fashion and activewear sectors to serve as a resource for customers.
  • Contribute to project completion while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate inventory requirements to support business objectives.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure the sales floor is replenished each evening.
  • Work with management on inventory oversight.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the retail space, including floors and restrooms.
  • Implement cash control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash management.
  • Assist in executing and maintaining merchandising and visual presentation standards.
  • Keep the sales area organized, tidy, and reflective of the brand's visual identity.
  • Identify and report product issues promptly.
Qualifications
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Punctuality and adherence to scheduled shifts.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships with customers and team members.
  • Proactive and positive approach to addressing customer concerns.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
