About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Department Manager to join our team at Four Seasons Atlanta. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the housekeeping staff, including interviewing, training, and scheduling employees.
  • Develop and implement cleaning and maintenance programs to ensure the appearance and longevity of all furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections of all areas of responsibility to ensure that standards are being met and guest needs are being met.
  • Resolve customer complaints and handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
  • Assure the financial goals of the department are being met, including monitoring and controlling labor expense and other divisional expenses.
  • Participate in periodic inventory of linens, uniforms, and supplies.
  • Take action in all matters related to the safety, security, satisfaction, and well-being of hotel guests and employees.
Requirements
  • College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of two years employment in a related position with Four Seasons or another organization.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
  • Working knowledge of the housekeeping aspect of services, policies, or operations.
  • Ability to operate various computer systems.
  • Ability to read and speak English in a clear manner.

Visa Requirements

Authorization to work in the United States is required, unless the candidate is currently in a managerial role with another Four Seasons location. Current Four Seasons managers may qualify for an L-1 visa sponsorship.
