Key Responsibilities- Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of classroom activities for 3-year-old preschool programs.
- Actively engage with children in the classroom, promoting social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Assist with daily parent communication, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with families.
- Prepare materials for daily activities, maintaining a well-organized and engaging learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, arrival, and departure times, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Supervise children at all times, prioritizing their safety and well-being.
- Assist with parent-teacher conferences as needed, providing regular updates on student progress.
- Communicate effectively with the classroom teaching team, ensuring a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Associate's degree or CDA preferred, or proof of current enrollment in CDA or college-level degree program required.
- Three to six months of childcare-related experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience preferred.
- Ability to interact with people of all ethnic backgrounds, ages, and lifestyles.
- Ability and desire to work with and care for infants, toddlers, and preschool children.
