Job Summary

The Contact Center Operator is a critical role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for responding to inbound calls and requests for service, allocating the accurate resources to facilitate the transport of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and perform a variety of duties related to dispatch and scheduling, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Receive and prioritize service requests, working closely with management and the dispatch team to communicate needs and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Handle and maintain all records and documentation of service requests, utilizing software to log activity and track progress.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a friendly and effective demeanor toward customers, guests, clients, and co-workers.
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by manager, contributing to the success of our team and the company.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in transportation dispatch or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • A solid understanding of software applications is essential for success in this role.
  • Strong social skills, accuracy, and attention to detail are necessary for maintaining high-quality records and providing excellent customer service.
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are required for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is necessary for meeting the demands of this role.

This role may require physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may also be required.
