The RoleAs a Supervisor within the Avionics Product Center, you will oversee a team of hourly operators across one or multiple business units in Stratford, CT. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the assembly, testing, and control of in-process and finished goods meet company standards, government regulations, and contract requirements. You will:
- Supervise and manage daily operations to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Assist in developing and managing budgets, staffing, and training programs.
