Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Operations Coordinator to join our team at TJ Maxx. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing and merchandising of inventory, while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing of merchandise
  • Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles
  • Communicate effectively with management and Associates to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor productivity and coach Associates as needed
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and procedures
Requirements
  • 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience
  • Superior communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Team player with a positive attitude

We offer a competitive starting pay range of $16.00 to $16.50 per hour, as well as a range of benefits, including Associate discount, EAP, and 401(k) Associate contributions.
