Blueprint Hires is in search of a skilled Mechanical Project Engineer to contribute to innovative projects that shape the future of engineering.

Your Responsibilities
As a Mechanical Project Engineer, you will:

  • Oversee and manage mechanical engineering projects from initial concept through to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring progress is tracked against established milestones.
  • Address Requests for Information (RFIs), manage submittals, and handle change orders effectively.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for upper management, highlighting project progress, potential challenges, and recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
  • 2-3 years of experience in construction or a related field, particularly in MEP consulting, contracting, or HVAC design.
  • Preferred experience of at least two years in MEP consulting or similar disciplines.
