Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose mental health conditions using evidence-based practices
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing; advanced degree preferred
  • Current RN licensure and certification as a psychiatric nurse practitioner
  • Minimum 1 year experience working in mental health settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
