Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Role

FCS, Inc. is a dynamic organization seeking a skilled Patient-Centered Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our mental health team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality, holistic care to individuals with complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose mental health conditions using evidence-based practices
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing; advanced degree preferred
- Current RN licensure and certification as a psychiatric nurse practitioner
- Minimum 1 year experience working in mental health settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
