- Prospect and network to identify qualified leads and make initial contacts.
- Secure appointments with prospective and existing clients to discuss sales, conservation, and service opportunities.
- Prepare for appointments using established processes and conduct meetings using Western & Southern Life's consultative practices.
- Sell insurance and investment solutions to clients.
- Plan and schedule sales, marketing, and service activities for the week and foreseeable future.
- Develop and maintain community relationships to cultivate and strengthen our presence in target markets.
- Maintain personal contact with clients to ensure their evolving financial needs are being met.
- Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

- Obtain and hold State Life and Health license prior to hire.
- Obtain and hold the FINRA SIE, Series 6 and Series 63 within one year of employment.
- Access to an automobile and ability to maintain a valid driver's license.
