Role Summary

Note: This is an IN-OFFICE role.
The individual in this position will serve as the primary contact between First Financial and its members through phone and chat interactions. A professional, approachable demeanor is essential, with an emphasis on effectively addressing member concerns and inquiries while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

  • Adhere to all compliance regulations set forth by the Credit Union
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, directing leads to the appropriate personnel
  • Investigate and provide relevant information to members
  • Resolve issues, promote financial products, and suggest additional services
  • Assist with account discrepancies and technical challenges
  • Maintain and update member databases
  • Process correspondence and engage in training opportunities
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service and active listening abilities
  • Strong work ethic with the capacity to handle multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with credit union products and services is advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving capabilities, and numerical proficiency
  • Team-oriented with effective communication and computer skills
  • High school diploma or GED with relevant experience preferred
  • Availability to work on Saturdays
