- Obtain and process laboratory samples, including blood, urine, free fluid, and fine needle aspirates
- Utilize various imaging modalities for patient assessment
- Collaborate with on-call boarded surgeons and technicians for emergency surgical cases
- Confident, skilled, and experienced Veterinary Technician with a strong foundational understanding of veterinary care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and healthcare teams
- Ability to maintain a positive, respectful, and uplifting hospital culture
- Strong initiative and willingness to learn and grow with our team
- Basic responsibilities of a veterinary technician, including venipuncture, IV catheter placement, drug calculations, medication administration, vital sign taking, and medical history gathering
