About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Plumbing Estimator to join our team at Regency Plumbing & Piping, Inc. in Orange, CA. As a Junior Plumbing Estimator, you will play a critical role in providing estimates and following up with contractors to ensure our company is fairly compensated for the exceptional work we do.

This is an entry-level estimating position that offers a competitive wage of $18-26 per hour, excellent benefits, and perks, including a 401(k), medical, paid time off (PTO), paid training, and overtime opportunities.

A Day in the Life of a Junior Plumbing Estimator

In this role, you will be responsible for estimating each project's needs and costs, completing thorough take-offs, and sharing this information with the appropriate parties. You will also follow up with contractors and attend job walks with senior estimators, continually learning about the commercial plumbing industry.

As a Junior Plumbing Estimator, you will take pride in helping ensure our company is fairly compensated for the exceptional work we do.

Qualifications
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Basic computer skills
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to learn

Experience with CAD software, Excel, Google suite, and Slack would be a plus. If you have a positive, go-getter attitude, are highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and can communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, we encourage you to apply.

Work Schedule

This full-time entry-level estimating position typically works from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
