About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned business leader to drive the growth and development of our Transfer Solutions product portfolio in the Latin America region. As Senior Vice President, Product, Transfer Solutions, you will be responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market strategy for our transfer solutions products, managing the P&L, and building strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the transfer solutions product portfolio, including Mastercard Send, Cross Border Services, and Bill-Payment assets.
  • Manage the Latin America transfer solutions team, working closely with the global product function and regional markets to execute the go-to-market strategy.
  • Own the end-to-end product management of BillPay, Cross-Border Services, and Mastercard Send, including defining the commercialization and go-to-market plans for each market in the region.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and C-suite executives.
  • Interface with external and internal partners to identify opportunities for new product development and solutions.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team, defining and implementing optimal engagement and support models, processes, and disciplines.
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of the payments industry, with a focus on remittances, disbursements, and bill payments.
  • Proven experience in managing products and business development, with a track record of delivering revenue and expense targets.
  • Ability to define end-to-end product strategy and execute the go-to-market of new and innovative products and solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and growing a team of senior professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with Portuguese being a differentiator.
  • Availability to travel throughout Latin America.
