Job Description:

We are seeking an Executive Support Professional to provide high-level administrative support to our Development Department, including project coordination, meeting preparation, and record-keeping.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate projects and tasks for the Development Department.
  • Prepare and organize meetings, materials, and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
  • Process invoices, credit card coding, and check requests.
  • Organize conference planning and logistics.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or relevant work experience required.
  • Prior administrative experience necessary.
  • One year of scheduling experience preferred.
